HOW WE TACKLED THE BRIEF GIVEN TO US
Brief
For the past 37 years the Baltimore Tuskegee Alumni Foundation has been hosting a scholarship breakfast is to recognize alumni, sponsors and community leaders who have distinguished themselves by their service to The Baltimore Tuskegee Alumni Club, Tuskegee University, and the Baltimore community.
The foundation wanted to enhance their souvenir journal to better serve as a program guide for the presentation, a keep-sake from the event, and as a source of revenue by way of ads space.

We build on the history and previously established, long-standing legacy by enhancing the journal with eye-popping, corporate grade color graphics and upgraded the overall quality of journal transforming it into a magazine quality promotional tool for the alumni club, but for Tuskegee University as well.

Results
The enhancements coupled with the website and social media promotions resulted in an increase in brand awareness through an increase in website users, a higher number of programs distributed left the event with on goers, leading to an increase of revenue from pre-purchased repeat ads for next year’s event. The revenue increase allows the organization to provide for more student scholarships in the future.
